Located in the beautiful countryside of southwestern Wisconsin at the corner of State Road 81 and County H, this local landmark began with the end of Prohibition. Red Staver, for whom the supper club is named, went to the Potosi Brewery, purchased five cases of beer, and began a tradition of good food, good drinks and good people.
Your hosts, Red and Di Ann Blankenheim, are continuing this tradition today.

We feature a full dinner menu including choice cut steaks, a variety of seafood and pastas, and house specialties such as Primbe Rib, Pan Fried Bluegills, Shrimp Dijon for the garlic lover, plus nightly specials. Our chef, Keith Schenker, offers over 40 years of experience. Fine dining at its best in a casual atmosphere. Reservations are appreciated. Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
